We offer a warranty period of 12-60 months. During this time, we provide technical support and free replacement of parts for any quality-related issues.
What are the delivery terms and timelines?
Generally, production takes 5 to 25 working days after receiving the advance payment. Specific delivery times depend on the order quantity and items. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP terms.
Do you test all products before shipping?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all goods before delivery to ensure performance and safety standards are met.
What is the difference between a Movable Charger and a Wallbox?
The main difference is application. Movable chargers are portable for flexible power top-ups anywhere, while wall-mounted chargers are fixed to structures for permanent charging spots.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our standard terms are T/T 30%-50% as a deposit, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery. Photos of products and packaging are provided before final payment.
