Do the modules support glue filling?
Yes, all series modules can support glue filling for enhanced protection.
What are the requirements for the installation method of the charging module?
The charging module can be installed horizontally, side standing, or upside down. For upside-down installation, please request a customized front panel without a handle.
How do you handle shipments?
Small orders are sent via express services like FedEx, DHL, or UPS (door-to-door). Large shipments are handled by sea or air in containers.
What is your delivery time?
Approximately 7 days for modules and 35 days for standard charging piles. Accurate timeframes are provided for customized or large quantity orders.
What is your term of payment?
Our standard term is 100% TT (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance with the order.
How long is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 12 months upon the receipt of the shipment.
