The standard warranty is 12 months. During this period, we provide technical support and replacement of new parts free of charge.
What is the difference between a Movable Charger and a Wallbox?
A Wallbox charger typically has an IP54 protection level, making it suitable for outdoor use. Movable chargers often have an IP43 level and are not recommended for use outdoors during rainy conditions.
What are the available payment and trade terms?
We accept T/T (50% deposit, 50% before delivery). Available trade terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
